Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Gotag, we take pride in curating memorable and high-impact employee engagement and team-building experiences.
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved.
1. Event & Experience Bookings
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event date are not eligible for any refund.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule the event (subject to venue and vendor availability).
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a 100% refund, after deducting:
Applicable transaction and payment gateway charges, and
Any advance or non-recoverable payments made to third-party vendors such as venues, travel partners, or equipment suppliers.
Note: All cancellations must be communicated in writing to [email protected] and will only be considered valid upon written acknowledgment from our team.
2. No-Show Policy
If the client or participants fail to attend the event without prior written notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be applicable.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule an event subject to the following conditions:
The request must be made at least 15 days before the event date.
Rescheduling is subject to venue and vendor availability.
Any cost difference arising from the new date, venue, or vendor pricing will be borne by the client.
4. Subscription / Service Packages
Subscriptions or service packages may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase, provided no service has been utilized.
Once any service or engagement has been delivered or initiated, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued.
5. Force Majeure
We sincerely regret that in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, or pandemics, Gotag will not be able to process any refunds, as such situations directly impact operational and vendor commitments already made on your behalf.
We truly value your cooperation and understanding in such unforeseen situations, and our team will make every effort to ensure your experience is delivered at a later date with the same quality and enthusiasm.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
Payment gateway fees, convenience charges, and taxes.
Any third-party vendor costs already paid or committed (including venue, logistics, or travel bookings).
7. Refund Process & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
